- Rates subject to change without notice, during holidays or special
events.
- A three day minimum stay is required.
- Rates do not include cleaning fees or applicable taxes.
- A $50 fee will be charged for any changes made to your reservation after the first 24-hour period.
- Full refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee, are payable with
30 days advance notice. Notification must be in writing,
otherwise
a cancellation fee equal to the deposit will apply.
- No refund for early departures or delayed arrivals.
- A 10% reduction for each
additional month (maximum 3 months).
- Parking is provided for one (1) vehicle per suite.
- Additional guests, and their cars,
must register with the office in advance; or cars will be towed.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- Please inquire about our complimentary 'clean towel exchange'
program.
- Please do not hang towels or clothing over banisters or on benches.
- Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
A $200 cleaning fee will result, if excessive cleaning
is necessary.
- We have a limited number of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand
toys and fishing gear available rent-free to
our guests.
- You must be 21 years or older, or have a parent present
during the entire length of your reservation.
- Adult supervision is required at all times for our guests
12 years or younger.
- For the benefit of other guests, quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please schedule your evenings accordingly.
- All units are non-smoking. There are designated smoking
areas outdoors only. A $200 cleaning fee will result if
any evidence of smoking is found within your suite. There are
NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed at any time.
- VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. No personal checks
